Pasted Valve Multi-Wallpaper Bags are filled through openings located in the upper corners of the bag. Product is pumped or forced into the bag by air pressure, impeller or auger. When the bag is ejected from the packaging equipment, the force generated by the product inside the bag allows the valve to open and self-seal. Multi-wall valve bags are the ideal bag no matter where the high-speed filling process is used. Filling performance and protection performance can be optimized according to customer needs.

All bags can be printed with 1-7 colors by flexo print.

High-speed filling: Valve bags are designed for quick air venting and high filling speed.
Optimal palletisation: Valve bags help ensure optimally shaped pallets, due to sturdy bag constructions.

Flexible sealing options: Heat sealed,ultrasonic,self-closing by the pressure of the product, closed by sticking down/tucking in.

Special surface treatment can be applied to improve frictional characteristics.
